Third patient got a Neuralink brain implant. The work is part of a booming field-Elon Musk

Elon Musk addressed a campaign town hall in support of Republican presidential nominee and former President Donald Trump in Folsom, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, October 17, 2024. During a live-streamed interview at a Las Vegas event on his social media platform X, Musk announced that a third individual has received an implant from his brain-computer interface company, Neuralink, which is among several organizations working to link the nervous system with machines. Musk stated, “We’ve got three humans with Neuralinks, and all are functioning well.” He noted that since the first brain implant was performed about a year ago, the company has improved the devices by increasing the number of electrodes, enhancing bandwidth, and extending battery life. He also mentioned that Neuralink aims to implant experimental devices in an additional 20 to 30 individuals this year. Tinubu's government allocates #9.4 Billion for Refreshments.

 The federal government of Nigeria has allocated a whooping #9.4 billion for Refreshments in the just presented 2025 budget.

It is surprising that the government of Nigeria under the leadership of Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu has been too insensitive to the plight of Nigerians and has brazenly made this evident by the way it reacts to situation on the ground.

President Tinubu had presented the 2025 budget to the house a few days ago and to the amazement of the public the sum of #9.4 billion was allocated to just Refreshments when Nigerians are Starving  and have no jobs .

Will  this government choose ijekunje to the citizens of this ailing nation, are the people made to suffer for voting in the APC who had promised a change from what was perceived as the norms?

On the platform of change had Nigerians voted never knowing the direction the change would take till now that it had bitten deeply into the pockets and lives of the almost 66% highly impoverished population.
